Twitter approached RAW in need of an informative but fun explainer video about a service they had created in partnership with mobile network O2. Working with two of the biggest names in social communication, we knew the film had to be sympathetic to both brands, whilst presenting a fresh new style for this collaboration.

Approach

The TweetServe service is fairly complex in terms of its features and technical operations. Our challenge was to explain everything to the end user in an efficient, informative and fun style. We developed a graphical style that incorporates infographics and friendly character animation to retain the lighthearted tone employed by both O2 and Twitter.

Results

Twitter and O2 now have a highly accessible film that quickly and simply explains the functions of the Tweetserve system their customers. It was the flagship asset used during their launch, shared on the Tweetserve website and used extensively by Twitter to promote their partnership.
