S.A.L.V.E. International are a British and Ugandan based charity working to get children off the streets in Jinja, Uganda. As a small charity, they rely solely on fundraising to make their work possible so we donated this film as part of our CSR pro-bono project.

The month after the campaign launched was S.A.L.V.E.’s most successful financial month in history. The campaign helped to nearly double their annual turnover, allowing them to offer opportunities to many more children living on the streets in Uganda. This meant they were able to raise the final money needed to finish a new Drug Rehabilitation centre in Uganda, their biggest and most expensive building to date. The building was completed June 2016, and will allow S.A.L.V.E. to help even more children.

With an extremely limited budget to distribute to a wider audience, S.A.L.V.E. focus on getting the film seen by the right people. It’s featured on the website home page and has become a vital part of face-to-face meetings, presentations and events both in the UK and Uganda. As a result, there has been a significant increase in donations and they have gained new committed supporters – including their first ever Australian regular giver and an increasing number of supporters in the UK.

Against a difficult media backdrop, our quest to raise awareness of the benefits of a career as a GP triumphs! Never has so much been achieved to positively influence so many!
