// Fight For Every Heartbeat

“Fight For Every Heartbeat” is a nationwide campaign from the British Heart Foundation that has been built to help identify congenital heart conditions in families. Unfortunately some people live their lives without knowing that they have a potentially fatal heart defect until it’s too late.

This series of 4 films spoke to those who have benefitted from the BHF’s vital research with the aim to raise awareness amongst people of all demographics.

Approach

The BHF had a clear vision of how they wanted to approach these films and with our creative and technical guidance, were able to see their well-considered ideas come to life.

It was important that the patients’ often-painful experience was communicated clearly.  In each case we wanted to show their strength of courage in talking to the BHF and in encouraging their families to take the essential ‘cascade test’, which in some cases proved to be life saving.

Results

Due to our films and the powerful television advert that was created by Grey London, we helped push the British Heart Foundation’s campaign to the forefront of the nation’s minds, becoming a headline news story throughout April & May 2014.
